Overview
IN-RGY required a comprehensive guide for employees to reference when seeking branding direction. As the sole Graphic Designer, I was responsible for creating a branding guideline that covered essential elements such as logo usage, color palette, typography, graphics, and more. The result was a visually appealing and user-friendly document, designed to help employees maintain consistency and alignment with IN-RGY’s branding standards.

Learnings
Supporting a company through its rebrand exposed me to new challenges and deepened my understanding of brand development from the ground up. Rebranding is a slow and costly process that requires a lot of communication and team work. I've developed stronger communication skills and now make it a priority to ask questions when things aren't clear. This approach has helped me stay aligned and create a brand guideline that’s both consistent and easy for all employees to use. As it was my first experience working with brand identity, I gained a deeper appreciation for how crucial design principles and standards are to a company’s cohesion and credibility.
